Worry not, we ship worldwide! Please note, shipping fees vary depending on the country of destination.

From the date of order, you will be able to receive your order within 7 - 10 days. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped which will include tracking information. Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

You will receive an order confirmation from us once your order has been placed. Additionally, you will receive tracking information from DHL Express once the order has been shipped, just click on the link in the email and you will be redirected to DHL's order tracker page. For additional questions, please contact support@fashforward.com.

Because we do our best to fulfill every order as soon as possible, we are unable to make changes to order details. If you need to change anything, please email support@fashforward.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes before your order processes.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as PayPal and Shopify Pay. You will be able to select credit card or PayPal payment during checkout.

We want to be as transparent as possible, our factories are sustainably equipped, whose operation adheres to those super strict regulations that keep factory employees well-paid, safe, and living healthy lives.


As much as we can, we endeavor to use recycled and recyclable fabrics and packaging in order to reduce our carbon footprint.

Return & Refund Policy
Returns are free on any full price and sale items returned to us so long as you meet the following requirements:
-within 14 days of receipt of order. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
-proof of purchase
-original packaging and tags intact
-product in perfect condition

Non-returnable items:

Gift Cards
Delivery Charges
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. For late or missing refunds, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges are free on any full price and sale items for exchange so long as you meet the following requirements:
