Returns & Exchanges

To return or exchange an item, here are our requirements:

Within 14 days of delivery, original condition & tags intact, and unworn

Refund Policy:

We gladly offer refunds for all online orders as follows:

  • Within 14 days of receipt of delivery
  • Original packaging and tags intact
  • Product in perfect condition
  • Refunds are credited to the original card or Paypal account.
Exchange Policy:

We offer exchanges only on faulty products,  otherwise,  please request a refund, as follows:

  • Within 14 days of receipt of delivery
  • Original packaging and tags intact
  • Only if the garment is faulty
Non-refundable items:
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item more than 14 days after delivery.
Damaged Items

We take great pride in the production of our items however if you do receive a faulty garment we will gladly refund or replace the items (subject to availability).
